Altdoff Adjustable Yard Thatch Rake and Hand Rake
a MUST-HAVE if you have dead grass patches
We have so many dead grass patches in our lawn and I try my best to water them and to seed them but I've read that you need to thatch out the old dead grass in order to be successful with new grass seeding and fertilizing. I used to do this with leaf rake until I found out that they have a thatch rake specifically design for this purpose so I decided to give this a try and I am simply amazed how well it works.
It came inside a nicely packaged box and minimal assembly is need to attach the long handle. It comes with 4 piece mini handles and you don't have to attach all 4 if this is too long for you. You will need a screw driver because you have to put a screw in a pre-drilled holes that holds that handle bar and thatch rake head. A pair of gardening gloves as well as a mini garden rake were also included in the box, which was a nice touch but I really like how well this thatcher worked. Just see for yourself and I know you will want to get one for yourself if you have many dead grass spots like I do. Highly recommend it.
