This product review is for Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat by HoMedics, specifically for model NMS-375.

My neck and shoulders easily get tensed up because I work in front of a computer sitting down all day so I decided to look for a massager for my back and shoulders.

After reading tons of customer reviews on different massagers, I decided to purchase this one because 1) it has relatively good customer reviews, 2) price is inexpensive, and 3) I knew that HoMedics is a brand that can be trusted.

I can't show you the pictures of this product taken with my camera because I ended up returning it. So the pictures shown below are from Amazon's product page.


This is kneading shiatsu massager, with vibration and soothing heat options, that you put around your neck and pull the straps to control the intensity of the massage.

Unfortunately, I had to send this one back because it was very awkward and uncomfortable to use this massager. I was actually getting stressed out trying to use this massager when the point of getting a massager was to relieve a stress

Positives

  • Price
  • Heat option

Negatives

  • The kneading wasn't as strong as I hoped and kneaders/bumps were hard and pointy that made it uncomfortable
  • Could not easily reach the parts of my shoulders without fidgeting

  • I returned it on March 6th, 2016 for a full refund minus the shipping cost.

We do not recommend this HORRIBLE product because it received Hell of Shame rating.
